vii. Port Alfred: Kowie River, upstreamof GPS coordinates 33o3621.59S 26o5350.20E.
viii. Saldanha Bay: within the Bay, north-eastward of a straight boundary line with
endpoints at the GPS coordinates 33o0259.26S 17o5441.34E and 33o0617.54S
17o5709.53E
ix. Hamburg 33°170.78S; 27°2852.20E.
All other persons including all aquaculture facilities whether located inside or outside the areas
identified in (a) above are:

waterway or the ocean, water from an aquarium, tank or other receptacle that has been
used to keep a prohibited alien species or a listed invasive species.
